Honey & Propolis
Our Honey Story
Discover the Sweet Journey of My Farm Story
At My Farm Story, we are dedicated to bringing you the finest Stingless Bee Honey sourced from the lush landscapes of Malaysia. Our journey began with a passion for nature and a commitment to sustainable farming practices.
Collaborating with local beekeepers, we are proud to partner with Orang Asli communities, supporting honest livelihoods, creating opportunities for self-sufficiency, and contributing to the long-term sustainability of their communities. Together, we ensure that every drop of honey is a testament to authenticity, quality, and responsible stewardship of nature.
We believe in creating a meaningful connection between families and the natural goodness of our products.

Our honey is harvested from carefully established farms in Mantin and Kampar, where the bees thrive in their natural habitat. Stingless Bee Honey is one of nature's rare treasures. With each colony producing only a small amount of honey, every harvest is naturally limited. The flavour, aroma, and colour may vary from batch to batch depending on the flowers in bloom and the season. These natural differences are a mark of authenticity and quality.

Our Honey Promise
In a world where premium honey is increasingly vulnerable to adulteration, we believe trust is just as important as taste. Every jar of My Farm Story honey can be traced back to the very farm where it was harvested. We know our beekeepers personally, we know when the honey was harvested, and we never blend or dilute our honey.

The Story Behind Our Stingless Bee Honey
Pesticide Free
At My Farm Story, we believe the most extraordinary things are often the rarest. Hidden among the peaceful hills of Kampar in Perak, Malaysia, our tiny stingless bees quietly work in a pristine forest untouched by commercial farming.
There are no large plantations nearby.
No fruit orchards sprayed with pesticides.
No intensive agriculture.
Only wild forests, native flowering trees, morning mist and the rhythm of nature.
Every drop of our honey begins here.
Tiny Bees. Extraordinary Work.
Stingless bees are among nature's smallest pollinators—only about one-fifth the size of ordinary honey bees( Apis).
Their tiny size allows them to reach deep inside delicate flowers where larger bees simply cannot go. From countless wild blossoms, they gather nectar, tree resins and pollen, creating one of the world's most unique honeys.
Unlike ordinary honey bees, stingless bees build beautiful little honey pots from natural tree resin.
These honey pots are nature's own storage vessels, rich in propolis and naturally infused with beneficial compounds that become part of the honey itself.
Every honey pot is a masterpiece built by thousands of tiny workers.
A Taste That Nature Intended
Sweet and Sourish
The first surprise for many people is the taste.
Our honey is not simply sweet.
It has a gentle balance of sweetness, natural acidity, floral notes and subtle fruitiness.
This distinctive flavour comes from the wild flowers, forest plants and natural tree resins collected by the bees.
Because the forest changes with every season, every harvest tells a slightly different story.
No two batches are ever exactly alike.
Just as every vintage wine is unique, every harvest reflects the season that created it.
That is the beauty of raw honey.
Nature's Superfood
Inside every spoonful is far more than natural sweetness.
Stingless bee honey naturally contains antioxidants, enzymes, minerals, amino acids and beneficial plant compounds collected from hundreds of different flowering plants.
Sugar that is GOOD for you - Trehalulose
One remarkable characteristic is the presence of trehalulose, a naturally occurring rare sugar found in stingless bee honey. Unlike ordinary sugars, trehalulose has a lower glycaemic response, allowing energy to be released more gradually.
Scientific studies continue to explore the remarkable properties of stingless bee honey, including its antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and immune-supporting potential.
For centuries, traditional communities have treasured this honey not only as food, but as part of everyday wellness.
Why Our Honey Is Different
Many commercial honeys are harvested by squeezing entire honey pots.
While effective, this method may damage the hive and can mix unwanted materials into the honey.
At My Farm Story, our farmers take a gentler approach.
Each honey pot is individually harvested using a specialised suction system that carefully removes only the honey while leaving the delicate structure intact.
The bees continue their work with minimal disturbance.
It is slower.
It requires greater skill.
But we believe nature deserves respect.
Pure. Raw. Alive.
Our honey is never heat-treated.
It is never pasteurised.
No preservatives.
No additives.
No artificial flavouring.
Because it remains completely raw, it naturally contains living enzymes and beneficial compounds that many commercial honeys lose during processing.
This is also why our honey should always be refrigerated.
Cold storage helps preserve its natural flavour, aroma and freshness exactly as nature intended.
Rare By Nature
An ordinary honey bee hive may produce 50 to 60 kilograms of honey in a year.
A stingless bee colony may produce only about 4 to 5 kilograms.
That means every bottle represents thousands upon thousands of tiny journeys from flower to flower.
It cannot be mass-produced.
It cannot be hurried.
Nature decides when it is ready.
More Than Honey
To us, this is not simply a product.
It is the story of a forest.
The work of thousands of tiny creatures.
The wisdom of nature.
Because every bottle tells one.
Enjoying Your Honey
For the best experience, take about one teaspoon (approximately 5 ml) each morning on an empty stomach.
Allow it to slowly coat your throat before drinking warm water 15–30 minutes later.
Use a wooden or ceramic spoon if possible.
As our honey is raw and unprocessed, refrigeration is recommended to preserve its natural flavour, aroma and freshness.
